How Does The Sale Process Work?

  2. Contracts executed.
  3. Due diligence is completed.
  4. Transfer request submitted to the aggregator/dealer group.
  5. You will provide us clients data (for full sales) for release to the purchaser upon sale completion.
  6. Upon sign-off transfer by the aggregator/dealer group we will settle and transfer funds to your account.
  7. You will email an introduction letter to the clients (for full sale).

What information do I need to provide?

If you’re a Mortgage Broker, we will need to obtain some background information about you and your trail book, including the latest trail statement and one from 12 months ago for comparison.  More detailed information is required if you’re a Financial Planner - this will be discussed with you during the consultation process.
